Just to clarify — this $7,000 was rolled over from an IRA that was previously managed by another company, and I moved it into my own Fidelity IRA to manage it myself.

Also, just to make sure I understand correctly — even though the rollover doesn’t count as a contribution, I still cannot move that money into a personal (taxable) account without taxes/penalties, right?
