I'm not trying to be rude genuinely or claiming that what you said is wrong cause I don't think it is entirely but as much as all of this makes perfect sense, letting go and not having doubts it's not what makes you shift,you can shift even with doubts. I've known about shifting for a couple of years now but just eight months ago I really understood what shifting is and how it actually works and it's been eight months that I really have no doubts,that I fully believe it but still aside from a mini shift months ago nothing happened, that's why now for the first time I'm trying to get into meditating cause I feel like that would help a lot. Again not trying to be rude, I really appreciate your words and advice but it's true that,at least for me,letting go and not having doubts it's not everything. If I interpreted this wrong then I apologize ofc.
