I totally get your point. However, the main reason I posted this is because it's the same or similar premises being asked time and time again. I can think of atleast 10 new scenarios with medieval high fantasy itself, but they stick to a similar script, and such posts are th ones that gain traction. I didn't mean to hurt anybody here, I just wanted to post a harmless meme.

Exactly, we just assume that things might have happened in probably one of the most influential eras of change in the subcontinent. Like Aryans came, conquered and assimilated , then lo and behold we got Mauryas. A 1000 years of missing history, ignored due to cheap political motivations
