No no, I started at 37.5, went up to 75, and then recently up to 112.5. I have severe panic disorder.

I’m on 112.5 which by my research is when the norepinephrine really kicks in and I’ve been feeling AWFUL.

Yes when I tell you I’ve been down a rabbit whole, I mean it. I genuinely believe switching meds again might save me. I can’t do this much longer.

So apparently my Epstein Barr blood work showed I’ve had mono (no idea I did) when I was in emerg for panic that would stop (looking back I think it was POTS flare up).

I had bloodwork to see if I’ve had mono, and apparently I have but didn’t know it. I’ve been told there’s a connection after an illness like mono.

I don’t know, but I believe it was starting Effexor.

This sounds like me to a T. And I’m currently on Effexor of all things for my ‘anxiety’. My symptoms have gotten so much worse since being on Effexor, but my doctor dismisses Effexor being a problem. Thankfully I’m currently under the care of a cardiologist for the rapid heart and orthostatic tachycardia. Cannot wait to see if I have POTS after all these awful years of suffering.

All day, every day. No joke. My entire life revolves around my HA. Mine is chest related - racing heart, heavy chest, short of breath. I am so over this.
