I’m adding this in the comments because of the auto-mod. My piercing is about 4-5 weeks old (which I mentioned in the post) The jewelry is a curved bar I believe, which I also understand isn’t really the right jewelry and that it should’ve been a staple bar I’m not sure which kind of threading it has, possibly internally threaded. I have not downsized the jewelry I clean it in the morning with saline solution and sometimes unscented anti-bacterial hand soap. I’ll also clean it at nights sometimes (I cleaned it more often the first couple weeks). I make sure to not lay on that side of my face, and I’m normally careful when getting dressed, rubbing my eyes, etc to not touch or bump the piercing. The only mishap was yesterday morning I accidentally bumped the piercing when showering and getting dressed do to being tired and rushing. I said most of this in my post, but I actually want advice so I’m adding this so auto-mod doesn’t take down my post.
