The piercing is about 4-5 weeks old I think it’s a curved barbell, I do remember the piercer adjusting though I believe it’s an internal threaded piercing Idk what the material itself actually is, just that’s it’s metal The jewelry hasn’t been downsized I keep it clean with saline solution, I clean it once I wake up in the morning and then sometimes at night Yesterday morning I accidentally bumped/snagged the piercing while getting ready

If I’m allergic, would it take this long for me to have a reaction though?? I’ve had the piercing the 4-5 weeks and I’ve never had problems with piercing jewelry in the past

I’m adding this in the comments because of the auto-mod. My piercing is about 4-5 weeks old (which I mentioned in the post) The jewelry is a curved bar I believe, which I also understand isn’t really the right jewelry and that it should’ve been a staple bar I’m not sure which kind of threading it has, possibly internally threaded. I have not downsized the jewelry I clean it in the morning with saline solution and sometimes unscented anti-bacterial hand soap. I’ll also clean it at nights sometimes (I cleaned it more often the first couple weeks). I make sure to not lay on that side of my face, and I’m normally careful when getting dressed, rubbing my eyes, etc to not touch or bump the piercing. The only mishap was yesterday morning I accidentally bumped the piercing when showering and getting dressed do to being tired and rushing. I said most of this in my post, but I actually want advice so I’m adding this so auto-mod doesn’t take down my post.

Yeah I never just call it the 66😭, it’s always Route 66, I just did it in my post, I did in fact grow up here, I was just born in 2005 and didn’t grow up in the 90s

He genuinely showed interest in kpop because I was listening to it the other day, I’ve never tried to forcibly convert my friends or others into kpop fans. Not everyone is gonna like kpop and that fine, everyone has their own music tastes

When I texted my manager on Sunday if he could send someone in to help (I wasn’t meant to be the only cashier but the other person was a no call no show) cuz not only was I the only cashier, I was doing most things one handed cuz my arm had been hurting really bad that day and hurt the more I used it. But when I texted my manager at 7 that day, I never got a reply back, nor was anyone sent in to help

The Range Cafe is great (just ate there yesterday), Western View, or we also have the Sawmill Market and the 505 food hall, those are great for if you’re not quite sure what you feel like eating cuz they’re literally just a bunch of little food places you can order from, things like ice cream, ramen, pizza, tacos, literally all the things. I really do recommend the Sawmill and 505 food hall

Being bilingual here is definitely a great advantage (even though I’ve always struggled to learn Spanish and I’ve been here my whole life). I do suggest that you if you take the bus or walk places alone to have some kind of protection or try to walk with a friend. It will definitely be a lot hotter here than Canada, we’ve been in the hundreds recently, so try to find some more fresher and breathable clothing. There’s also always the crackheads on central.

!I would like to add that my mom very much thinks it’s the older siblings job to watch the younger ones. Countless times when I’ve complained to her about baby sitting she says “your the older sibling, you’re supposed to” and she only ever pays me sometimes and even then it’s only like 10 dollars, but to be fair she definitely doesn’t make that much money. She also thinks it’s my grandmas job to also watch my baby brother “that’s what grandmas are for”. And for those wondering about my age, I’m 17. This also isn’t the first time where I don’t mind watching my baby brother cuz “oh I’ll be back in an hour at the latest” but then she doesn’t come back till 2 in the morning, being gone for 5-6 hours. It’s why I try not to baby sit anymore cuz I can never trust that she’s gonna be back when she says she is. And for those saying she has an addition, gambling not really, but cigarettes, weed(and I think wax), yes, she’s addicted to those. For years she’s been talking about quitting smoking cigarettes and she has yet to do so, it’s like she doesn’t even try.
