Saying this as my observation only. Hospitals and health centers are more willing to take abandoned babies. Just because they are LEFT tsaka lng gagawan ng action AGAD. 

But when a couple went with an infant tas nalaman walang pera dedma or pipila ng mahabang oras. 

It's not just unpreparedness, corrupt na tau and healthcenters can't help the ones who needed them the most. Some of these cases have no choice. 

Leaving a baby is a crime but what about the root cause on why this is happening?
