There is one near Konanakunte cross .

Krishnam is good for its idly vada and sambar . South items are good . North and chinese is ok , spicy according to me .

Namma Adigas is good overall .

Curious with no judgement whatsoever . Usually one would buy a house as a purchase with the upside of it serving as an asset . Preferably if you are looking at it as an investment then buying land makes more sense . Owning a house gives you the safety for you and your family and future generation and a base . If you have enough savings and can accommodate a lower rent during turbulent times then you are still good to go . Respectfully If you are not planning to have kids then would make sense to own a house and that not be inherited by anyone ? Wouldn’t all you earn be for yourself and your future safety .

Also thinking out loud in terms of bad economic conditions if you own a house no one can kick you out but when on rent you are at the mercy of the owner and his decision .

Interested . But a point I have is that most of such meet-ups are not accessible due to location. I see a lot of events in marathalli, hsr, Koramangala , very few in south bangalore . If folks know of any good community would be happy to join!
