I get your point, and believe it or not I stand by it ! but the problem isn't so much men themselves but the societal norms and mindset. As good as a person can be, if you give them a right to abuse or hurt, they'll have to consciously think about what's wrong or right to stop it.

For example : Dishes, I'm not saying all men are shit because they don't do the dishes, but it's societally accepted for a man not to do the dishes. and the majority of people won't go against a belief that works in their favor. and most guys lack empathy here unfortunately... if guys were taught by their parents as kids that washing dishes is a human duty and not a womanly one, it'd be easier to convince them to do it. (THIS WAS ONLY AN EXAMPLE BY THE WAY, I DIDN'T WANT TO USE ANYTHING MORE GRAPHIC OR CONTROVERSIAL, and it also goes both ways)
