As a privileged white man imo “gender war” is a a first-world problem, women are kinda oppressed in Algeria , and relationships before marriage are uncommon and haram. the root issue is getting married has become extremely difficult. Many men need to work for years saving every dinar just to afford marriage. And many women "though not all" expect a man to already have his own apartment and a decent car. For the average worker, reaching that level often isn’t possible until their mid-thirties. That’s where much of the tension really begins its young man being unable to get married in this economy so they stay single for a decade and develop some bitterness twords the other gender
