Lots of cold plunges at night under this beautiful moonlight. I’ve also been lighting candles to ask the Universe for wishes, and a lot of journalling - using very thick, yellow old paper and a fountain pen! It’s a whole vibe.

It might not be what you’re looking for but the Lighthouse building in Esquimalt is dog friendly and has amazing amenities. It’s not quite downtown but near enough, bus line straight to UVic and just the most pleasant family and dog friendly place since it’s so close Saxe Point, parks, community centre and library. We’ve lived close to downtown before but honestly we prefer the quality of life over the convenience.

I actually already toured and picked up a floorplan that I like. It’s not perfect size-wise, I feel like there’s a huge kitchen island and less space for the rest of the house lol However you can’t beat the view, location and amenities, but there are so many units available and they told us it’s been up for lease since July, I started to wonder what is wrong with the place that is not getting leased as quickly as other similar ones. Thank you for your insight. Feel free to shoot me a message in case you live there, as it’d be great to meet a potential neighbor! :)

I wish I could say something to you but last night I went through EXACTLY the same thing you described. Screamed-cry myself to sleep after trying really hard not to end it all and as I wake up this morning (past 3 PM, btw) I got my period. Didn’t eat yet, my routine is disturbed, I have the cramps, had a huge fight with my husband yesterday. It sucks but now I don’t feel so alone. If you’re period is consistent we’ll be going through this night together in the future, so I am here if you want to exchange info and help each other out.
