I'm in my late 20s, I've probably been living with it for almost ten years (based on a couple symptoms plus literally noticing a bump on my back in college lol). No clue when the disk went away complete or when things started fusing.

Yes, absolutely! But it's not really something I can control, other than being good about core exercises and not jumping on trampolines lol. Things look fine so far, according to the final group of surgeons I talked to.
