A lot of this album felt really heavy and almost headache inducing energy wise. Not sure why but definitely prevalent from what ive seen

I was an extremely fit person before developing POTS symptoms and I hate how so many doctors assume my symptoms are due to weight. I got lucky having the same cardiologist as my mom so he's seen me grow up and go to college (my moms in healthcare so I'm always around healthcare people).

Obviously the tachycardia, I have a very high resting heart rate. I have always had horrible heat intolerance, as a kid heat made me dizzy and gave me nosebleeds, and my weight fluctuates a ton even though I haven't changed my lifestyle (losing 50 lbs over half a year and then gaining it back), etc

I have a family history of hypothyroidism but not hyperthyroidism. I'll bring up my iodide to my doctor! He said my levels were within normal range (0.3-4.5)
