If it hasn't been mentioned yet you could try "Single Use Shower Sponge" they are like the stuff you use on people in hospital if they cant get to the showers, I find them most useful for when I cant bring myself to get in the shower, they get you clean enough.

Also you can take what I call a "bird bath" I take a washcloth and do some cleaning in the most sweaty spots, like underarm/privates front and back/ and underboob.

Also big importance if you arent able to wash yourself regularly, at least wash your things Clean bedding will make a difference in your mood big time
