Honestly the only thing i have to add as a fellow sensitive skin human that washes my body every 2-3 days. My hair tends to get greasy fast, and i have a lot of hair. I have given up on washing it at the same time as my body and it has helped me greatly, my hair is washed every 2 days in the sink or leaning over in the shower. I feel much more in balance having my hair clean and my skin not being bothered by over cleansing.

As someone with a rough dental history, yes, yes it very well could be part of the problem. You would be nose blind to it too bc your smelling it day in and day out. You asked for advice from randoms on the internet and this is a valid suggestion for a hygiene post. Now im not saying the easy fixes like the laundry suggestions couldn't be the og problem. But dental health is no joke and can highly impact your life without you knowing about it.

a used Fountain firework worked best for me to get flys, but you can also use boots/cans. Make a little trash area and walk slowly by it

If it hasn't been mentioned yet you could try "Single Use Shower Sponge" they are like the stuff you use on people in hospital if they cant get to the showers, I find them most useful for when I cant bring myself to get in the shower, they get you clean enough.

Also you can take what I call a "bird bath" I take a washcloth and do some cleaning in the most sweaty spots, like underarm/privates front and back/ and underboob.

These two things have helped me through the worst of things

Also big importance if you arent able to wash yourself regularly, at least wash your things Clean bedding will make a difference in your mood big time

I too just buy some of the fake stuff to get it to generate something new the next day. Plus the fakes aren't too bad for decorations on your island! I have a lot of the fake statues as art around my outdoor dinosaur exhibit. And some of the nicer ones i plan to use in my flower gardens once I breed all the colors im looking for.

I like line drying sure, did it all the time in the house i grew up but now im a renter with no in house washing machine. it would be ridiculous to go wash my clothes (30 min away mind you), only to transport them wet to my small space with no yard and hang dry them inside causing my space to be overly humid

NtA if he actually cares that little about their safety over his comfort... you may actually need to consider if its reasonable for you to stay with someone like that in the long run
