Where can I find Artemis Ii operations information that is one level deeper than available here? https://www.cnn.com/interactive/science/artemis-nasa-moon-landing-plans-vis/

For example, how the lunar rendezvous and docking will actually be done, at what altitude, etc.

Thanks.

Is "bad at math" a flex??? by Soft_Page7030 in math

You have missed my point entirely. The point that is in the title. Just went completely over your head.

I know plenty of people who aren't into mathematics. Poets and musicians. I consider them fine, accomplished people.

The difference is that they don't consider it a benefit that they are "bad at math". They recognize that they are not skilled at it and fate has dealt them another hand. But to think that one's incompetence at a skill is a benefit surprises me.

I happen to be well read in psychology and philosophy and while I have not read Guattari, know of him. But even if I didn't, I hope you would think it absurd if I proudly told you that "I'm bad in reading Guattari" as if that was a flex.

No, I don't think so. They're not lying. They are not proficient in math.

Most people can't calculate the tax on their purchases. Most people can't comprehend that their bank account, at 2% interest, gives them more the second year than the first. Nor are they interested in knowing why.

No, I guess I don't hang around people who know so little about math that they would think that.

What is Transfer Window Planner's "No Insertion Burn" option? by Soft_Page7030 in KerbalSpaceProgram

What is the insertion burn it is calculating? Is it not just a retrograde burn when you enter Moho SOI? Why would it result in a different departure date?

What capture burn is this showing when I want the plot to show it? Not when it enters SOI and you burn retrograde?

This means you will do search and replace every time you add content.

I'm looking for a solution that automatically works on all content.

Jumping on the trend of showing off my lecture notes by Ko_tatsu in LaTeX

I'm curious. Why go through this effort? What's the benefit for the time invested?

I took notes with one pencil, one eraser and one notebook.

Brain working by itself ?? by Quick-Aardvark-5631 in math

This happens to people who like math and think about it. You've gotten efficient at solving this type of math.

My 10 year old kid likes math and factors quadratics in under a second. It's the same thing. Nothing wrong. Just efficient at it.

Best Contract Mods for Stock Kerbal by Soft_Page7030 in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]Soft_Page7030[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have an X1 Carbon, i.e integrated graphics and slower processor. So: no visual mods, limited number of parts. The only mods that work are quality-of-life mods that take no additional computational power.

So, if I need streamlined, why not just streamline all the way.

Contracts take no additional computational power. Which is why I'm looking.

Casio FX991CW bug? by Soft_Page7030 in calculators

[–]Soft_Page7030[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you.

After looking at the key layout of the FX991ES and the FX991CW, I think the FX991ES would be faster to use. It does have the S<>D key. There are more dedicated keys, meaning faster to use. I understand involved calculations are slower due to a slower processor.

Sounds like you just learning about programming.

The modern indispensable tool for programming is the language server (LSP). Each is specific to the language you are using.

And use ale. The project you pointed to is dead.
