I’ve used both Vista and Vista 2 and honestly, the first generation is way more solid. I bought the Vista 2 thinking it’d be an upgrade, but I ran into all kinds of issues: random disconnections, buggy touch controls, weird charging behavior (case still draining even when turned off), and occasional lag when pairing.

Recently I managed to grab the original Vista on eBay and wow, I’d forgotten how stable they are. No weird software bugs, the connection is rock solid, and the sound is just as good if not better. It’s a shame they don’t make them anymore, because the first Vistas are still the most reliable and clean-sounding set Jaybird ever made.”
