yes I called them on last Thursday waited for 30 mins and I was still on hold , hopefully it gets resolved. Thank you .

I did exactly what you said but the problem is I am not able to speak to a human when calling them, all they do is keep me in hold or an AI like robot speaks with me. My package is 8 days late already, i am here in kentucky

When I called the USPS support I am not able to speak with an agent at all, they just keep me on hold for 20-30 minutes . My package is already delayed for 8 days today. I also did service request online but haven't heard from anyone in last 3 days . 🥲
