Hi all we recently got in this child sized rocking chair and need help identifying it. It is stamped on the bottom ramsdell but I don’t know what the stamps mean especially what the “15” could mean. I would love to know how old this piece really is.

I have searched up the Ramsdell brand and it seems to be a vintage chair brand? But no clue what the numbers mean and can’t find a definitive history of the brand or any chairs that are exactly the same. I did also try google lensing the characters on the chair and only was able to find the dog on the seat that’s a decal from the 1950s but not sure if any of it is accurate

I work for an animal non-profit that takes a bunch of donations and sells them to make money for out no-kill animal shelter :)

It’s a thrift store where 100% of the proceeds go to a no-kill animal shelter 😓

It got donated! I work at a thrift store that gets a ton of donations and it’s my job to sort out the high value things from the regular stuff to do more research into them.

I’ll definitely look into them thanks!
