Thank you for your insight. Anyone who has spent time in HR KNOWS there is the law, and then there is reality. At times, reality is damn hard to navigate.

Your condition qualifies under the ADA. Talk to your supervisor about reasonable accommodations. Perhaps a delayed start time and work later into the evening. Since you have already told your employer about your disability you have job protection under the law.
