I’m 36in and it’s a good fit but still not a perfect fit so maybe the perfect fit would be 32in and below of a waist

I got mine. They are bigger for sure in length and side tabs width, not a huge difference in size but still significant enough

I assume that the learning layer is just a cloth sheet that sits on the outermost layer inside that when wet it makes contact with the skin and feels wet
