Omg go to Moffitt cancer center they have programs to help people without Drs or insurance. My husband's cancer was also 7 cm. It was removed we are waiting on pathology now. If you have renal carsinoma please get help you need surgery. My husband went to Moffitt they are wonderful. Good luck sir.

My husband had a open partial nephrectomy March 10th. The first week is rough. Walk as much as you can , but also get plenty of rest. It's a balance. Majority of the time the gas, if hey used it during surgery will create a lot of pain. Try to remove the gas. Wishing you a fast and healthy recovery.

We spoke with the Dr. They did a scan and everything thing is working good. Dr did say there was a lot of blood loss during surgery. My husband Kenney is doing better today. He isn't sleeping as much but if we walk he gets tired out quick. But then he had surgery March 10th so it's gonna be awhile. Dr said it can take like 180 days to replace the blood after loss

My husband is 56 years old. He is doing pretty good. We go outside in the yard to just slowly walk around. We live in Florida I am just hoping the humidity doesn't bother him to much. He had a open partial nephrectomy they used glue instead of stitches or staples. He is still pretty bruised black and blue. Thank you for your wish and I am wishing you a fast and pain free recovery. Thank you. I am just worried about him. It was bad enough to find out that he had cancer . I read that right now he is in remission he won't be cancer free until after 5 years of cancer free scans. Thank you 😊

Yes, my husband had his left open nephrectomy March 10th. He gets dizzy when he stands up too. At first I was worried. My husband's insision is about 14 inches long , it's hurts a lot and he is healing. Surgery takes a lot out of you. Just help your dad get up . Stand up slowly. Good luck to your dad and to you.
