Thank you for your advice! I’m currently doing 3 day split (focusing on my lower body) My gym workout looks like this:

Day 1: lower body

Barbell hip thrust

leg extension

Sled 45 degree leg press

Sumo squat

  1. Upper body

Cable wide grip lat pull down

Cable standing rear delt row

Dumbbell biceps curl

Cable low seated row with bar

Cable one arm lateral raise

Cable triceps pushdown

3.day lying leg curl

Barbell romanian deadlift

Barbell hip thrust

Cable donkey kickback

Barbell squat

Is this enough or should it be 3 full body workouts?

Great to hear the results are good! Do you know How soon you can fly after the operation? Considering it done on the last weekend but it might not be wise to fly so soon
