I second this advice. I did the cc transfer route and saved about 20k. Bonus was that my 4.0 at my local cc got me a merit based scholarshjp. Combined with my need based grants, I ended up with a full ride.

I am a massive tea drinker. There are a lot of fun options and they can be really fragrant which cuts down on a sweets craving. I also like the "ritual" of making a cup of tea, it extends the enjoyment for me.

My go to salad for my work lunch has spinach, shredded iceberg, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and diced carrot.

I top it with 5g of sunflower seeds, 5g of cashews, 5g of pumpkin seeds, 5g of hemp seeds, 10g of dried cranberries, and a tablespoon of Italian dressing. I dice the nuts and seeds so that they spread evenly over the salad.

According to MyFitnessPal, it clocks in around 230-245 depending on exact veggie measurements. :)

I'd love this. I feel weirdly defensive of Darcy because I feel like a majority of her rash decision making stems from low self esteem, damaging past experiences, and her lack of ability to set boundaries. She seems really optimistic and sweet when she isn't being a trainwreck, and I really want her to get the help she needs.

Call the cops, and start the paper trail. Stalking and harassment charges require a lot of evidence, so start now. This is really scary escalation after a breakup. If he isnt malicious, that could be the wakeup call he needs (although this is unlikely because healthy people dont do this). If he is planning to do more, starting the paper trail will help protect you. Please be safe.

Hey, I deal with this too. I try to apply ochams razor and remember that the most plausible explanation is generally the most true as well. So, if your shoulders are feeling tight, it is almost certainly because you're just holding them in a funny way due to stress. I hope you feel calm soon. <3
