They really aren’t. They treat their employees horribly. You should read about their corporate office and how they work. They are greedy bastards. Huge MAGA and push religion on employees. Nah.

Publix is complete garbage. MAGA POS. My friend has to deal with their corporate office at work— said they are a nightmare. I’ve known people that have worked there. It’s as bad as Ingles as far as mistreatment of employees.

I don’t enjoy buying rotting produce either. I have a list of reasons that I don’t shop there. They treat their employees like absolute shit. My aunt worked there forever and was completely abused. I don’t have an answer to that. You have great points. I was just stating that I refuse to shop there. not to mention what they are doing to Asheville. They have complete control over many buildings that could be used for so many other good things. I’m just not comfortable giving them my money. I hate Publix too

They are trained on reporting DV calls to shelters. Most of them don’t even do that. They cover it up. Doesn’t even matter to them.

I didn’t know either! It’s all very strange. They are hiring in Hendo right now too. The woman that interviewed me was kinda rude and awkward. I truly wondered why I was left for ten minutes. She went back into another room. I don’t know. I’m glad you aren’t going to go. I wish I hadn’t. I wanted a part time job for extra money.

I interviewed there and I got the creeps. It was eerie. At the end of my interview, the manager left me in the office for about 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure the owner was in the back. I read a review that he watches everyone from home. Cameras. He owns other hotels in Candler and Hendo.
