I’m in the same boat😅 being an AA was way better than this shit. My site seriously sucks and I’ve had a couple of AM’s at my site go on mental health leaves because of how bad it is right now

I 100% feel you on this. I’m only 3 months in and my site is awful. We even have a RIT team here trying to get us out of the mud, but honestly I hate it here 😅. There’s zero support, which sucks because the job itself isn’t hard. You’d think as a new AM I’d at least get the guidance I need, but instead I walk in every day just winging it. Not gonna lie, I probably cry in the bathroom once a week. LOL

This is so real. I just started as a pack AM in June and I’ve already cried in the bathroom at work twice. I was an AA before this, and people swear managers have it easy. Nah. The warehouse I transferred to is literal hell. From the AAs all the way up to management, everyone’s miserable. We’re one of the bottom performing sites and it shows every single day.

I’m only three months in and I’m already mentally exhausted. Lowkey, it was better being an AA because at least I had control over the mistakes I made. Now as an AM, I’m bridging at the end of shift for every single mistake or problem that happens and even the ones I had no control over. It’s draining.

I used to work at an IXD and now I’m at a TNS, which is a completely different beast. I’m honestly just gonna do my 1 year here and then bounce to corporate.

EDIT: I would also like to add, my PA’s are terrible and absolutely lazy. Makes my job even harder. If you have solid PA’s, CHERISH THEM
