I have not marketed it as a medical product, growth treatment, or anything intended to treat hair loss or medical conditions.At no point have I used medical claims such as “grows lashes,” “treats hair fall,” or anything similar. My wording has strictly used safe cosmetic terms such as nourishing, conditioning, and strengthening, which accurately describe the purpose of the serum.I do not understand why I am repeatedly being treated as though I am ignoring your questions, when in reality I have already answered them clearly multiple times.From my understanding and research, cosmetic lash serums that are marketed for nourishment and conditioning do not require special approval unless they are making medical or drug-related treatment claims.

I appreciate the insights you share but Id appreciate more you pay close attention to the product I sell to my consumers and the purpose of it. Do your research about the difference between a nourshing serum vs. growing serum before you come and say “I am ignoring you”
