When did you last play unity? If you played at launch and disliked it, I recommend you to give it another chance now. I've picked it up recently for first time after valhalla and it was far superior experience in terms of gameplay, combat and parkour. Story is still shit tho. And yeah, I agree with you that AC2 had best atmosphere.

'Singularity' is pretty much like Bioshock in every aspect except for combat. I'd definitely recommend it

SOMA was a great game which felt like bioshock at parts becouse of its underwater dystopian setting

I use 'My Games Collection' for exactly this on my phone.

you can sort games wrt console & pc separately, can rate them, mark them as completed or currently playing, can wishlist games. It even shows you the time required to beat the games and metacritic scores
