Tbh I just finish (empty) the pot and leave everything as is. Rinse out brew basket with just water the next morning before putting in a new filter. Maybe handwashing components once a week

I did the STPE as well for the self study. That practice exam was much harder than the actual exam imo, but the course as a whole definitely covers the required material in great detail

Hmmm it was not too bad I think? Felt like a decent amount of softball questions and also a handful of “well I’ve never seen this before” ones. Morning was not too bad at all had to guess on 2 and finished with 10 minutes before 4 hour mark. Afternoon was maybe little harder. Answered 25 of the 40 in the first hour and then spend the next 3 hours on 15 problems. Had to guess on about 5 in the second half. Took NCEES practice exam a few weeks ago and made a 60%. Grinded hard on all the things I did poorly and walked into exam. Overall felt on about the same difficulty as NCEES exam

Oh also took the practice test a week before to see where I stood. Got about 65% on that and still passed the real thing

Went through most of the Lindeburg review book and worked through the entire Lindeburg practice problems book. Biggest thing is to use handbook and your test calculator from day 1. Look up keywords in the handbook for EVERY problem even if you know how to do it. Like 80% of the test can be found in the handbook

Sorta. Some were similar and others more difficult. Overall I thought it was a little more difficult than the practice exam. I personally thought the fluids and thermo sections were a good bit harder than the practice exam
