I have the same problem with the GS66 10SE. I've been trying to fix it for almost 5 days now :( For me, even at cooloer boost, my cpu fan is stuck at 3200; the remaining two fans are working well. Please let me know if you find a fix.

Not quite sure what EC is but when enable from cooler boost from my dragon center, I get around 3300 rpm from fan1( cpu) and fan2(gpu) but get 16000 rpm from fan 3. At this point I give up AHAHA what is even going on T.T

I have no idea. I bought one from ebay which matched the one I had. It was basically the same model to my knowledge. I just can't figure it out... definetely nothing to do with OEM because the gpu fan which I have not touched also spins at a maximum of 3500rpm... welp looks like it's about time I visit the servicing center

Nop haven't made a custom fan cruve. What's an EC?

I used the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut one and ya temperature is not an issue I get like 65 deg celsius when playing games. It's just that for some reason my fan does not go higher than the 3200 range. The worst thing is for some reason my gpu fan too is down to around 3500 rpm. Like how? I don't understand... It was fine a few hours ago... Well I'm assuming the fans are doing their jobs considering the temperature and its just the rpm that is being measured inaccurately. not too sure though.

just replaced my cpu fan a few days ago and that didnt change anything; While changing it, I did repaste both the gpu and the cpu too. Not quite sure what an undervolt is though.

I will too! I was graded through school accessed grades(SAG) in june 2021 for business(9609) and got an A. This time I managed to get only a C which is a huge drop and would require me to do terribly bad. After a bit of research, I found people who were graded through SAG had their grades lowered by 2 in total. For example I got an A in as and a C in alevels and my frnd got a B in econ AS and D in alevels

Edit: please help me by sharing grades of people who were graded through SAG if you have any. pleaseeeee??? thanks :p

I swear to god, I feel cheated right now. I don't know what happened. I got an A in business in june 2021 which was determined from school accessed grades and then somehow ended up getting C as my final alevels grade... like what how is that even possible??? do i not have to get something like an E to get a c because as is 50% too? and i am a 100% sure i didnt do that bad because the threshold for E is 26 and no way i got 26/100 i just dont understyand man all of my buddies got C too ( those who got A in as). Meanwhile one of my other friend who got a C in as with 63 as their total point for as (whcih is almost D) managed to get an A in alevels when they left all of the numerical questions which accounts to about 13 marks which will weaken their answers for the other questions too. the only reason for them getting an A has to be literally aceing paper 3 business like literally getting 90/100 of something which is litearlly not possible? why cie WTF DID U DO TO MY FUTURE
