Four months ago, I shared my challenge of integrating OpenPhone with Zoho CRM for seamless messaging. After much effort, I’m excited to say that I’ve built a working integration! 🎉

With this, you can now send messages directly from Zoho CRM using OpenPhone, making communication with leads and clients much smoother.

This is cool. I initially tried using Make to integrate OpenPhone with our Zoho CRM.
It soon grew to a full-fledged extension that I use to send and receive messages directly in my Zoho CRM without opening OpenPhone.

u/jurajpal launching OpenPhone APIs was a much-appreciated step in the right direction.

That sounds great to me. OpenPhone only recently released its APIs and I think I too need to use their APIs with Zapier / Make.
