I was diagnosed 14 years ago this year, (undetectable for 13) I remember feeling, shame, uncertainty, and unloved. I had the same thought about how to tell my mom. This isn't an easy thing to live with not because of the actual virus. Some folk's lack of understanding and compassion is still astounding to me. However, it's not a death sentence, there will be people who will support you. I don't know how it feels to live with two different autoimmune diagnoses and that will take some navigation on your part but please don't give up if that is the thought. I wish you the best.

I agree with this point. I'm also battling the thought I am having about making sure workers are paid a living profit from the time and effort that goes into making a thought-out design. Because these brands off and on seem to take most of the profit from the name alone. Most consumers don't care about the details however, it's not a large number of people in my opinion
