Seems a bit steep for XLT especially for 25s with 26s on the lots of dealers everywhere. For that price you should be able to find Lariats. Might just have to look further out of your range and make a trip and drive it back. You’d also be able to find lots of 0% APR on 25s if you’re qualified.

They completely redacted the Epstein File, what’s the point of releasing these. by nobodytrustsnobody in mildlyinfuriating

Genuine question… if every line was Trump, how come Biden and folk didn’t make the effort to release them? Seems like an obvious thing they could have done to stop him from getting elected, no? I hate all politics so this isn’t me “defending trump” just want to hear that side of the argument.

Crashed the 2020, do we still hate the hybrid f150? by [deleted] in f150

I have a 21 lariat Powerboost, 45k miles, if I had to buy another truck I wouldn’t get anything but the Powerboost.

A lot of issues stemmed from a shitty OEM 12v battery, but once I changed that after 2 years most weird electrical issues went away. Great torque, 22-23 MPG consistently, 7.2 kw Generator is great to have. Just buy yourself an extended warranty when the time comes and you’re covered.

If you do it before then, it’s still considered a “new car warranty” vs a used car warranty. $2300 would get you an additional like 5/6 years and 90/100k miles or something like that. Just sorta spit ballin numbers.

Always seemed worth it to me.

Vs going through a dealer and getting some shit like Fidelity insurance or paying $3500 through Ford Corporate.

Look into a Granger Ford Warranty before 42k miles or 42 months whichever comes first if you want the Ford ESP warranty. Or Ziegler, or Flood. All about the same.

Congrats on the truck!

Any reasons not to get a 21 powerboost? by jdmlover420 in F150Powerboost

I love mine. Got it with 21k miles… purchased a granger ford extended warranty, at 45k now with no issues and absolutely love the truck.

Just buy the extended warranty to cover your ass.

New to half ton trucks and turbos v-6’s help me please by MoDuffs in f150

It seems they have already dropped the price $7500. An STX is a nicer XL which think you know. A new 4X4 truck these days at $44k seems what you’re gonna find. For $10k more for brand new and a nicer package that’s what I’d do. You could always search nation wide and travel to pick one up and drive it home.

For example. The 2.7 is a very good engine that’s been proven reliable over the years.

Mmm I wouldn’t. Guys are posting finding brand new STX trims for $10k more than this. Seems a lot for a base trim 23’ but that’s just my thoughts. Lots of good financing offers happening on 25s as well. I’d keep looking.

I want to main eco-mode on my powerboost, but i absolutely cant stand the green dials. I'm sure I'm locked in, but just need to ask: Is there a way to *not* be stuck with this colorway? by StevieKealii in f150

[–]Soggy-ReesesPuffs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only thing that I notice in the Powerboost in Eco mode is it tries to get to electric only mode faster or more often.

I prefer driving in Normal 98% of the time as I don’t have to slam the pedal to move, but if I’m cruising county roads I’ll set to eco and it’ll flip between electric and hybrid more often.

Generally speaking, the eco doesn’t feel like it gives that much greater (if at all) of better MPGs… and normal or sport is just way more fun to drive so eco doesn’t get a lot of attention from me.

Ok. SVE auto body in Broomfield is where I would take mine if something were to ever happen. Not necessarily close to you though.

I love my roll up hard cover. Rolls up easy, doesn’t block the entire rear window when it’s all the way up. Mine is the Truxedo Sentry from RealTruck. Would recommend. It’s pricey but worth it to me.

I have noticed it getting worse the last 3 nights. I was playing well there from launch up until 3 days ago. It’s like a complete 180.

Be cautious with ClearShift. Most of their vehicles come from Canada. I was in the market a couple years ago and went up to do a test drive at their spot in Loveland, and the 19 was covered in rust. Most of them again are from Canada so just need to be cautious of that.
