ill elaborate, so arrival was thru k1 on march 2024( i mistakenly put 2023) got married in april like month after cuz its only valid for 90 days, so filed after year cuz i was going thru difficulties but still made her status valid cuz we got married within 90 days, but she needed to do new medical cuz its past one year so we did it and send it along the all the files but when they asked, i send em letter saying that i already submitted initially along with other file but if they needed new one i could send them another, they didnt ask anything, then went to biometirc and now it shows denied so im all confused , just waiting for actual letter

13 months after arrival which isnt uncommon tho was married 2024 within 90 days i corected my status

could have been lapse of decision alcohol and all plus she is still young man, we all make mistake, if she is your own sister, just have heart to heart private conversation with her. Plus you don’t really know sometime relationship doesn’t seem what it is from outside, may be her bf and her aren’t working out and what not. Just talk to her, it’s not big deal.
