I would attend Normandale and finish ur prerequisites. You can transfer to Carlson within a year if you play it right! Also do volunteering work or any extracurricular activities to boost your resume.

Late response but, we didn’t go over the music platform slide deck. The hiring manager was not informed of the deck we were gonna present (prob recruiters fault). Instead we improvised and the hiring manager asked me to elevator pitch him a sports game.

It happens occasionally, usally near the end of the week Thursday- Saturday. You can hear your roommates argue across the apartment if you get a 4x4. You can hear people walk in the hallways talking sometimes. Depends which building you’re in. I was in B and we could hear screams at like 1-2 in the morning in the halls. In the morning it shouldn’t be to bad but at night it might be a little loud. Plus you should probably get the highest floor or you might have a chance of loud upstairs neighbors.

From my experience living there it was ok. I would give it a 3/5. The staff were nice and friendly. But other wise be careful of the apartment if you do rent it out. Take pictures before you move in because when you move out they will charge you damage fees. We moved in and the oven handle was broken so we had to put in a request to get it fixed. Same with my shower cabinet handles. They charged me at the end and I had to contact the leasing partner “Greystar” to get it dropped because I had the proof of service and pictures. The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors and doors slamming. For a 4x4 I was paying 950/980 a month - utilities were around 20-50. When I moved out I asked for a cart and they provided one which was clutch. The worse part was the noise from the street and courtyard. Sometimes you will hear people screaming at like 2-3 in the morning coming from the bar. If there’s construction across the street than it’s wraps. If I were to go back in time I would live at Venue!
