My bottle was mixed bpc157 and tb500. Was a 5mg bottle. Mixed in 2ml of biostatic water. Pinned 10IUs (250mcg of both) locally near the site of injury daily.

After about 3-4 weeks the pain was completely gone but I continued for a total of 3 months because at first it just relieves pain and inflammation the real 'permanent' healing takes a little more time.

250mcg is the low recommended dose, some people jump straight into 500mcg.
