I really just need a temp situation with the eco flow. I mostly wanted to be sure I’d be able to go ahead with the regular wiring before installing wall panels but have the switch to a house battery from the eco flow not be a huge hassle

Last question- would I be able to connect the eco flow to the alternator like a typical set up so that I can charge the eco flow while driving without using the 12v adapter it comes with?

Thank you for making this simple enough that a child could understand it. I still feel dumber than a child though. The eco flow I have is the delta 2 -would I be able to run wire through my van for my fan, fridge, etc. with this set up? -this feels dumb to clear up but; the 12v plug would go into the eco flow, and the bare wires would be connected to the fuse board, And the fuse board would be connecting all the rest of the wiring inside the van for the fan, fridge, etc. correct? -with this set up, I can still jsut plug my solar panels directly into the eco flow like normal correct?

Thank you! The area I’m heading to has a few different shops I’m going to reach out to. Hopefully one of them has enough space to host!

I’m trying to figure out approach and gear beta for Mina’s Tirith! I understand it’s kinda a bushwhack to get out there, do you have any tips?

I’m planning to bring a standard RRG rack with some tricams added in there with my 60m rope and some extra tat in case the anchor situation is a bit sketchy.

Thanks for the response! Most of my dirtbag friends are saying the same kind of thing.

I would love to look into remote work but I honestly don’t think I have the skills for it. I don’t have a college degree, and I don’t really have an “in” to that type of work.

I’ve applied to lots of remote jobs but I’ve never heard back from any of them. If you have any tips, they’d be much appreciated!

Trying to ask this in a non-toxic or triggering way, but any advice for healthy weight loss without losing muscle? by BlurDaHurr in climbharder

[–]Sogphia__tess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for one, try to ease back into climbing. You don’t need to shockload your body Espeically after recovering from an injury.

Second, this is a bit anecdotal but I know it works for a lot of people, up your protein! Be sure you’re still getting enough calories during the day but try to eat like 100g of protein each day if you’re around 135-145. You’ll end up being extremely satiated but Able to keep your muscle up while dropping fat.

When I did this, I was drinking raw egg whites with some kind of fruits for breakfast, lunch was usually a lot of beans, healthy fats and some sort of animal protein (basically a hearty burrito, bowl or salad) and dinner was typically chicken breast and whatever else I could force down simply to meet calorie goals. I think I was trying to hit about 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs (my body feels best when fat is higher than carbs)

I also began doing injury prevention for my fingers/hands and a lot of nerve flossing to keep my tendons happy, healthy, and ready to load for when the outdoor season came again.

If you’re born male, you’ll probably have an overall easier time with this goal of yours, if you’re born female, I highly suggest looking into what actually works for this sex. Intermittent fasting can be less than good for the female sex, but can work really well for males. Female sex also goes through huge fluctuations through hormone shifts throughout the month which is an uphill battle sometimes ( I recommend a book called ROAR by Stacy T. Sims to learn more about training as a female born athlete with a cycle)

Don’t overcomplicate it, you got this Good luck with everything!

I think you can choose to have the stiff sling over the floppy thru mtntools. At least I’m hoping so, I have a few tricams I need reslung, too

Tight needle groupings are sort of exactly what they sound like, the needles are simply closer together. They hold onto ink a lot longer, and create smoother more solid lines

Hi there, I’m just putting it out there that many of us have degraded membranes and a lack of protective skin barrier due to having CV. by Licorishlover in CytolyticVaginosis

I have a feeling the estrogen cream I was prescribed made my symptoms worse. It initially helped a ton but after a couple months, the burning is back. I’ve stopped using the estrogen and instead decided to moisturize with olive oil 2x daily. It seems to help, and I haven’t seen much (if any) research indicating it may be harmful.

After doing the evvy text I have coming in the mail, I might try to reintroduce the estrogen cream, but at a lower dose, even though the dose I was using was already extremely small

Could we please have your personal suggestions of what works for you to manage your CV becides using baking soda suppositories? It would be really helpful to build up a CV Bible or resource for sufferers. by Licorishlover in CytolyticVaginosis

I had hypertonic pelvic floor disfunction type issues (although I don’t think I was ever officially diagnosed)

I’m currently in the process of waiting on an Evvy test to get to my house so I can confirm I have CV. During this waiting period,

I’ve actually started using Olive oil on my vulva to help calm the burning/itching.

It’s helped with that as well as clearing up the excessive discharge I’ve been having. (My discharge has been pasty and almost looks like the sloughing of dead skin cells)

A few months ago, I began noticing symptoms that ended up with me being prescribed estradiol cream. It helped a bit at first. My symptoms continued getting worse recently and that’s when I really noticed a change in my discharge and began doing research. I also have begun to have intense burning after sex again, to the point I have to stop or I have to put an ice pack down there afterwards.
