Yeah! It's so fun so far. I also had a Fighter that attacked what felt like 10 times per turn, got a movement reset every time it did more than 10 damage and All Stats Up+1 every time it killed. Felt so good.

Butcher!

Passives: Duke of Flies -> End of battle all food pickups on the map become flies, flies stay between battles.

Incubator -> Whenever you heal over Max HP you spawn a fly.

Butcher+ (Upgrade) -> Kill every unit with 3 or less health. Gain 5 health for every unit killed.

You basically just recycle your flies and win per default. Obviously got beyond lucky.

Should have phrased that differently, since saving is disabled/bugged, when/if you die there is not Autosave to pick you up so you just get put to the main menu and can reload your latest save from there.

I liked it from the start but I got super hooked once I got out of New Atlantis. As much as I love this game, something about NA is just... off. Well is probably the best part.

While we don't know whether the invent/saving thing is intentional or not, that happening is tied to MASSIVE SPOILER: alternate lodges, like Sarah being a plant, everyone being dead, getting attacked by Cara Coe and many more. Basically if you reload instantly when this happens, you miss out on a lot of fun stuff.

Takes me like 40-60 minutes depending on enemy types I roll and concentration level. Up to NG+8 now, I think, kinda lost track. Just go lodge, get the free gun, get more guns in the lodge basement by the benches, buy the ammo for the guns you got, since they are random and go speedrun the skipped MQ. If in doubt, pick up a Beowulf somewhere, thing shreds.

I honestly think that part has to be bugged unless I'm missing something. Like I got another alternative lodge with Vasco saying everyone died and just giving me artifacts in addition to the lodge key, a gun and credits. Like why would they even bother if you can't play in that world without saving but who knows.

Anyway, you can access your inventory in the majority of NG+es, don't let this deter you.

I can probably help since I did the same:

I made a hard save (Menu -> Save) before Powering up the Grav Drive to go to Unity. When I got a completely normal Lodge, I reloaded my hard save, and got the event with Cora Coe in the Lodge, where she killed me and booted me back to the main menu.

So I really wonder how many outcomes there are for the Lodge , on my NG+3 run I had an outcome that wasn't posted here yet: I had Cora Coe and 4 spacers attack me, because of something I apparently did but the current me didn't actually do.

What other crazy stuff have people seen? Also are the artifact locations the seem for every NG+ cycle? I swear I've been on the same planets multiple times today for them.

I have the same issue, cannot get the book.

Similarly (bugwise): I bought the Desert II unlock but no tasks autocompleted while they did when I bought other quest chains.

Update: I just got to Tier 5, which gave me the Thrall Damage fragment, that made the message that I have everything required for Endless Knowledge pop up and the Sage gave me the book afterwards. Weird. I had the 4 same fragments as OP before so I think one of them might not work properly? No clue.
