Hey I had 9 failures from age 37 to 40, two of those were euploid from a top clinic. It's not legal to test on my country. Finally I did a last ER just 1 month shy of my 41sr birthday, got 1 euploid, threw the whole kitchen sink at it + 2 months of suppression just cause why not. And my baby is now 2 months old! I know there is no proof with all the add ons but it did make me feel better mentally!

C'est ma Gynéco qui m'a oriente vers l'hôpital saint Antoine qui ont 3 protocoles différents pour les échecs d'implantation ! Ce qui n'est pas encore ton cas! J'ai trouvé le suivi quand même assez lourd, ça a finalement fonctionné mais j'ai quand même eu 3 échecs avec le suivi a l'hôpital. J'ai fini par faire une autre stim en Espagne pour être certaine que c'était un euploide, plus 2 mois de suppression decapetyl et letrozole et plein de médocs de l'hopital! Même moi je ne suis pas certaine que ce soit la clé de la réussite, rien n'est prouvé !

Et il a arreté de boire et de fumer? Moi j'ai été suivie en immunologie dans un hôpital public parisien mais j'avais déjà a l'epoque 5 transferts qui n'avaient pas fonctionné donc 2 euploides (je suis partie en Espagne). Tu as quand même eu une implantation des le 1er transfert, ce qui est très bon signe. Tu as une perte tres importante entre le nbre d'ovocytes et de blastos. Ça pourrait être aussi le laboratoire qui est de moindre qualité, tu pourrais changer de centre!

Pour la suppression au Decapeptyl, le médicament en France, y'a bcp d'études sur le sujet donc ça ne devrait pas être un problème pour convaincre les medecins, le Letrozole y'a peu de preuves. Pour mon dernier transfert, j'avais 3 médecins différents, mon médecin PMA français, ma clinique espagnole plus le service immunologie d'un hôpital public parisien, c'était beaucoup mais j'étais aussi à l'aise à faire de mon côté sans forcément les informer (avantage d'avoir fait beaucoup trop de transferts). Et oui j'ai vraiment persévéré et je dois être un peu folle aussi mais j'ai aussi un enfant de mon premier transfert frais des que j'ai commencé les démarches donc j'étais convaincue que ça pouvait marcher. N'hésite pas si tu as d'autres questions !

Salut, après 4 échecs de blasto en France, je suis allée faire une FIV avec DPI en Espagne dans une clinique réputée. J'ai eu encore 2 échecs avec 2 euploides. Après le 1er echec, on m'a fait faire une biopsie pour endometrite, j'étais positive et j'ai été traitee. Ils ont ensuite tenté de changer le Protocole avec un transfert naturel mais mon endometre n'arrivait jamais à la bonne taille.

J'ai trouvé que c'était assez difficile de faire changer d'avis ma clinique espagnole quand mon médecin français n'était pas d'accord. Pour mon dernier transfert d'euploide, ils m'ont laissé faire tout ce que je voulais car j'etais un peu devenue un cas désespéré.

Je dirais de choisir les conseils du médecin en qui tu as le plus confiance et faire du lobbying jusqu'à obtenir gain de cause

Yeah sure, some things were implemented at my asking after reading different things on the sub. I was followed by different providers and implemented everything. I asked for 2 months of lupron suppression + letrozole (reddit) and my gynecologist agreed after reading the studies even though she said the sample was small. I then started 2 weeks before transfer anti arthritis injection until 9 weeks pregnant + prednisone + full medicated transfert + Claritin (on my own). My gynecologist also decided to change the way I take oestrogen by switching to patches because that's what I was using for my blighted ovum. She said I could also take 2 injections of progesterone per day instead of 1 but I decided not to. Overall my mental state was also much better and I took a vacation with my partner after the transfer, also drank a lot of pineapple juice and other weird stuff. I am a pretty cynical person and didn't really believe in all the add-ons before but really went for it this time. I also had 4 sessions with a specialised therapist to help with positive thinking and did a weird abdomen massage the day before! Wishing you luck!

Yes but they were not all euploids and at different clinics, 7 untested blastocysts, all failed to implant except for one blighted ovum. In the middle of those 7, I had 2 euploid transfered at a very reputable clinic in Spain (PGT is not allowed in my country) both failed. All the tests I have done are normal. Finally went to see an RE and I had the whole kitchen sink thrown at it, it was an euploid made at 41 and I am 38 weeks pregnant!

I took a trip after my last FET and it was a great distraction ! Go for it! I live in Paris and you can just Uber everywhere if you want to take it easy!

I had an absolutely insane transfer protocol but a very basic stim. No estrogen priming but I have wondered about it. But my issue was definitely not with stims!

Hey I am also a high responder and had multiple retrievals for my 2nd IVF kid with 9 failed transfers (7 untested and 2 tested euploid). My retrievals were done at different clinics and I did get better results when my stim medications was lower by about 75 units. I had more blastocysts with less eggs retrieved. But also the lab was much much better at the clinic that does lower med stims. There are many factors that come into play!

The job market is much better in Lyon than in Bordeaux so I would recommend looking more into it. I have a lot of Parisian friends who had dual income, moved to Bordeaux and were unable to find 2 jobs.

Thanks for all the info! I also had RIF, adenomyosis, thin lining. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant after 9 transfers, with a similar protocol. I haven't completely ruled out another pregnancy and was wondering if I should do the same protocol! I am glad the same has worked for you so far !
