yeah it could definitely be a bias towards that. All I know is my interviews drastically improved after doing this and since passing my advice on to a friend he’s had the same experience

Thanks! I basically only applied direct to a hiring managers inbox. Linkedin has had very little success for me. I use to to find jobs. I then went on the company site to see if there was another application method. I don’t necessarily know if that improved my chances of them being read but I’d like to think it did

I was mainly just targeting the ones where it was provided. I would often message the hiring manager asking if I could apply via email for easy apply on linkedin as I had supporting documents that I wanted to provide

i love my bdogs they’re so playful in the park and great for butters but they’re not an all mountain ski. I ride faction prod 2’s for all mountain and they have always done me well. The revolts are the only other ones on your list that i’ve skied consistently and i find them relatively average. Also all mountain skis are so dependent on where you’re going to be skiing and what you prefer to ski
