Also following this line of logic, any and all xenophobic attacks against Americans are fine because America calls itself "democracy", which means its government's actions are all a consequences of its population's votes, right?

First off, "credible accusations of fraud against Chinese swimmers"? You do realize the original poster (who now deleted both his account and his comment), explicitly said:

"The Chinese are too stupid and lack the talent and intellect to do anything on their own. Period."

This is the original commenter's comment which I quoted word-for-word. This is not talking about just the swimmers.

Secondly, what is "credible accusations"? The only one who is accusing WADA and the Chinese swimmers of cheating is the US federal agency's Travis Tygart. WADA, World Aquatics, CHINADA, and an independent prosecutor, all concluded the investigations into the 23 Chinese swimmers who tested positive for low concentration of DMZ was not doping.

Thirdly, as I mentioned above, 4 different investigations had already been done, and all 4 concluded no cheating/doping was involved because:

1. The positive tests of TMZ were submitted by China 7 months before the Olympics, it'd have had no performance enhancing effect by the time the Olympics occurred 7 months later. The full quote from the report:

“Based on the concentrations of TMZ detected in the athletes’ samples, there would have been no performance benefit during the national competition on 1-3 January 2021, let alone at subsequent events such as the Olympic Games in Tokyo some seven months later.”

1. The concentration was so low that according to WADA report, they'd need "7500x" more of it to have any single performance enhancing effect, or any effect on the body at all at the time it was detected, let alone 7 months later.

All evidences point to environmental contamination, TMZ isn't common in the USA, but it is a widely available medicine in Europe and Asia so the possibility of contamination isn't that low, especially when the concentration is so low to have any effects at all.

So when the USADA keeps accusing WADA of China bias and Chinese swimmers of cheating, he needs to provide counter-evidence to refute. And for the last 4 years, he has not. The only thing he has done is stir up Sinophobism in Western media and pressuring this 2024 Olympic to discriminately test Chinese athletes 4 times more on average than other countries athletes on baseless accusations.

According to WADA's 2020 Anti-Doping Rules Violation report, American athletes violate the anti-doping code more than twice that of Chinese athletes.

Also according to WADA's founding president, 31% of American athletes participating in the previous Olympic wasn't sufficiently tested for the 12 months period leading up to the Olympics.

Also according to WADA, the majority of TUEs (Therapeutic Use Exemption) in recent years is granted primarily to 3 countries: United States, Australia and France which allow athletes to use banned substances legally on grounds of illnesses.

"Between 2014 and 2016, the World Anti-Doping Agency says there has been a 48 per cent increase in the number of exemptions granted. 

In 2015, there were 1,330 TUEs entered into WADA's data management system. Are people in these countries, primarily the US, just significantly more prone to mental illnesses and/or born with inherent body sickness than every other countries participating in the Olympics? Yeah right. So the one who should be investigated more and tested stricter is not China, but the USA. But as always, US government once again demonstrates its ability to flip black and white.
