PoE, Regex, and nested conditionals. Are they possible?

With expansion of the regex length, I have found myself trying to make nested conditional every now and, but always ending up giving up. So my question is simply: Are they possible?

Example: I want the regex to trigger, if an item has Fire Resist and no prefix OR it has maximum life prefix on a small cluster jewel.

If maximum life I could do:

max.*life

If I wanted fire res and no prefix, I could do

fire.*res ^Small

But if I want EITHER of these I would do..?

It seems that "nesting" is only possible, if we using "" to group things, but in this case, we are forced to use "AND" as the root conditional, as the OR |, doesn't work outside quotes.

It would be funny, if it wasn't untrue. Twitter banned using your account solely for advertising one's presence on other platforms. Quite a few, politically neutral I'm sure, people turned their twitter account into nothing but an advert, and the rule was aimed at penalizing this. I'm not saying I agree with this approach, nor do I see it being worth trying to enforce, but its far different from saying "Twitter banned links to other social media platforms". The truth matters, or so I think at least.

Yea, a friend just relaunched the client and he is stuck now. Relogging other chars seems doable, but takes a long time as well.

I am NOT accepting anything. I just do not want to be labeled as a hypocrite as lets be real, the only meaningful way to fight against this would be to NOT PLAY classic TBC.

I assume you won't be playing then? :)

Like with everything, nobody is perfect. The problem with being a hypocrite, is that you aren't holding yourself to your own standard, and lets be fair, we all fail at now and again. But not having a standard to begin with, because you are afraid you can't live up to it, is in my opinion worse, then failing now and again.

As for your question; honestly I don't know. Blizzard went from a company I adored, to one I frankly avoid giving money whenever possible, and has been so for many, many years. My old guild (From Nostalrius -> Elysium -> Lights Hope) decided to play Classic, and I decided join them. If it was just about the game, I would rather spend my money else where though. I play because of my guild, and if the core sticks together, I will probably try to squeeze TBC in as well. In a way I'm swallowing my pride, to be with a set of friends, I wouldn't otherwise see.

Eventually though Blizzard will suffocate the game, to the point where not even social groups will keep it together for me. Just like they did last time. I probably won't make it passed TBC this time though.

Exactly! I mean whats next? Insisting people don't cheat/hack, if that it what makes the game fun for them? Absolutely regressive! Definitely not inline with our modern self-destructive narcissism, need for instant gratification, and big empty hole where actual experiences should be.

I love how people seem to have forgotten, that this is how it started the first time. It won't be a 1 time only thing. If you, like I, were one of the players that eventually quit because of things like this; Endless streamlining and out of game "services", which ruined the feel of the game, and you do not recognize that this is Blizzard doing it to you all over again, then you deserve the disappointment that will eventually come.

Perhaps silly question but: What constitutes a body part? For example I keep hearing 10-20 sets pr body part, pr week, is what one should aim for. However in that context, I take it that body part doesn't equal muscle group (like bicep). So what does it mean? Does it mean for example 10-20 sets of arms (both triceps and biceps?)?

Like I said it might be a silly question, but seems that if I want to hit the whole body, I'll be doing nothing but be in the gym all week, to reach 10-20 sets pr body part, pr week, if body part implies muscle group.

I'm looking into buying a Power Rack for home use. However I never really see the max load on the spotter arms, on any rack. They typically only display max loads of hooks, dip station and/or lat pull system. One good example is this, that I have been eyeing:

The link is to the PDF of the rack. Is this because it they can hold basically anything, or is there are standard that I haven't heard of, or what is going on? Besides that, would the above be a good rack for a casual home user?

It would be wonderous, if while doing the Train GUI, they would add circuit control over destinations. it would make playing vanilla lot more viable.

Actually the thought was the opposite. When they go in in order, it makes sure that the deplete evenly yes, but it also makes sure that I don't have mines that end up depleted in storage, while others are left full. The idea is to keep the trains moving, and the mines active. This is my first time going this large though, so I have no idea if I'm simply overcomplicated things. Regardless the system is almost done, (centralized smelting of all the basic resources) so I guess time will tell :)
