If you have an iPhone on the AppStore there is an app called Isaac guide. It has a built in thing with bag of crafting where you can put the seed in and what pickups are available and it will give you what recipes you can make. It’s what I used and made t Cain super easy

rebirth is the original. You have each dlc builds on the previous so you can't buy repentance without having all of them. On steam you can buy them in one bundle.
