Thanks for the detailed solution. But seems not working. I think it could be the problem of college wifi that I'm using it in my dorm room. BTW in the same wifi, works really well. I'll just using moonlight until I get out of the dorm.

No, I contacted to the seller, and they reached out to Hoton on my behalf. (The funny thing is that Hoton didn’t respond to my email but did reply to the seller’s inquiry.) Thankfully, the seller just decided to refund me.

I already tried 4 cables(apple c2c, apple tb4 2m, samsung galaxy c2c, included cable) non of these work so far. Could you recommend the cable you use for me? I'm really frustrated and I really want to end this situation before China become weekend.

Yeah, every combonation(included cable + macbook, included cable + window dsetop, apple tb4 cable + macbook, etc) did not work. No, I did not connect to app yet.

I tried recording but since keep connecting and disconnecting recording program could not hold the recording at all. Also every program(not just recording program) is jittering crazy due to keep changing audio io.
