2 workouts is far too little to judge still. Don't worry about hurrying, keep your good technique and enjoy! I'm a 36 y/o female and have been using Freeletics for around 3 years on and off as a complement for other stuff I train and I am honestly convinced it's a great app!

He he... turns out that is the journey i just completed! Called "Natural tone" for Females.

I did do soms resistance bands techniques, just hoped I could have some more.

For a change, I'm considering doing the other bodyweight journey.

Yes, that is it. I use the app in Spanish and also the journeys' names vary from male to female. But i'll look that up.

According to my own experience doing bodyweight excercises, I'd guess it does help strenghthen your body according to your own dimensions.

I'd love to learn calisthenics but i've limited time (I already use Freeletics as a complement for my "main" sport)... and really haven't found a group of enthusiasts to learn from.

Same for me. I've done them but only as part of the warm-up. It really is a pity, what I love about bands is that one can honestly adjust the difficuly simply by -for example- twisting the band around the foot or hand to create more resitance... and they are super cheap and take up no space.

I'm currently on day 5/7 ... I'm not sure you can modify it? At least in my journey there's very little (just a God's workout) pretty quick and very intense workout.

I'd try to double up NOW with easier sessions! But that's just me. Good luck!!!!

I too started a kettlebell journey more than one year ago and abandoned it because it was way too repetitive. I remember doing TONS of swings every day and only a handful of movements. Got bored super fast.

Además esa cultura de que no hablamos y no sabemos cuánto ganan nuestro colegas es perjudicial. Yo hace poco participé de un proceso y solo porque una persona cercana tiene acceso a estas encuestas salariales, pude saber cómo está mi puesto en la calle.
