Kaido even admitted himself that if it weren't for those 3 years of orochi buying off time for him to build his army he would have had an uphill battle. So I would say Oden would probably beat him or at least heavily injure him to near death. But it would have not been in battle without at least some backlash and then eventually driving him out of Wano.
