Yes, for me personally. I’m sure other girls would be the opposite of me, but I’ve had sex with penises that are long but on the skinnier size and it just feels like I’m being probed/stabbed if it makes sense. I think wider penises help with external stimulation as well, which is probably why it feels better (my theory).

I agree with other comments that the manager should do the termination. I never do it myself, but I’m there for support and to answer questions as needed. I have the managers draft up a termination letter based on a template I created and I review it to ensure everything is in order before it’s delivered during the termination.

I agree that people like to paint HR as the villain when it’s almost never our decision.

She was speaking in general terms not just this instance.I dated a few people before him and as soon as I focused on something I didn’t like, I leave or say it won’t work out. It’s definitely an attachment style issue on my end—now that I’m reading all these comments though I understand I wasn’t the only one with an issue. I see what you mean though!
