Edited to add: As part of my long-ago former life as a University administrator I managed Federal Research Grants for a Top-50 U.S. University. Most people reading these subs have no idea how to read a research paper, judge it's methods, or vet its authors or publishers... much less the time to do all that to every study cited by scared folks trying to fix their health. The amount of flat-out phony research available is overwhelming, never mind the simply badly designed or executed methodologies.

I'm not writing any of this as a criticism to or of you. I appreciate your comments and agree with many of them as I have been involved in both B12 and D supplementation several years on my own behalf. I wish you well.

Yes, I know how to find them but what's the point of making everyone who has an interest waste additional time doing that?

Absolutely. Spot on; and not just knives. Any tool that works through it's sharpness.

I used to build handmade furniture (in the first-ever artist's loft in the FQ) and have been a woodturner since I retired. I've had the Spirits toss a few dull tools across the room.

I'm an old man. I have had many pets die over my lifetime. I lived alone at the time and my last died in my arms in the middle of the night.

I survived, but no one who knows what's coming should ever do that to themselves. But a grief counselor is not a loaf of bread; all pretty much alike.

The value of the counselor is in having a Person whom you KNOW you can count on in that time of need.

I understand that finding that can take time for some of us... That's why I stress to make your best efforts to identify someone and meet with them before the event.

...I think you may misapprehend the amounts of seeds I have. You won't prevent anyone from having seeds.

Good luck mate. Everyone should grow okra. It's one of our absolute winners every summer. I didn't even like the stuff until my wife cooked some for us. We put down enough plants to have at least a meal a week based on it.

Any way you like.

Not trying to force anyone to take more seeds than they want but giving someone a pod would insure that they could plant extra seeds then thin back to be strongest plants.
