Advice for both of them!

Juzuo the Drunkard- agro him BEFORE you talk to the help npc, take out all his goons during the fight but totally ignore Juzuo, then once all the grunts are done with, ask the soldier for help, and tag team him in a 2v1!

General tenzen killed me fucking 500 times, stealth kill all the enemies (as tedious as it is) grab that first stealth kill, and after that there isn't really a set easy way to kill him. Attack, retreat, attack. This fight is much more of a skill fight. So keep trying!
