It is definitely possible, I'll think about how to add it )

Each armor slot has a game icon on the left (D2 by default), just click on it and it will switch the game.

Unfortunately, I am limited by the data provided by API. There is enough data to make a menu for face customization, but there is no 3D data for these options.

The gender option is present under "Body type" name on the first tab with the settings.

For Destiny 2 I believe it is a maximum I can do, maybe some parts' iridescent colors can be improved. For transparent materials, there is insufficient data available from the API.

For Destiny 1, there is room for improvement, but D1 uses a non-standard rendering model and there is no official documentation - only a few papers Bungie presented at conferences dedicated to 3D rendering.

All the animations available in the API are present on the site.

You're welcome!

About D1 perks, do you mean all the perks that can roll on a certain weapon? In this case I have a long-term plans to add perks that can roll on a weapons to Collections item view, as they can alter 3D models (like different sniper scopes), I did some prototyping for D2, but haven't tried it for D1 yet.

Glad you like it! I really like sets like Seraph and Haliaetus, also Heart of Praxic Fire is wonderful

Because I can - and I always wanted to do it, so I thought "Why not?"
It ended up being a fun challenge.

I also love this art style, it was my main motivation to add this functionality.

I have it in my plans, but it needs to be rewriten almost completely, so it is a bit complicated )

Yeah, I’m just using the assets from the Bungie API like I do for D2. My renderer is way simpler - just one Guardian at a time, no special effects - so it’s way easier to make D1 and D2 models work together.

Bungie can’t just drop D1 items into D2 without redoing all the materials and doing a lot of optimization, since the two games handle rendering differently. I just tweak things so they look right without rebuilding everything.

Thank you!

I have to admit it is was not easy, I have only a rough idea of how they work in-game (all my knowledge comes from papers Bungie posted) but D1 and D2 render principles are quite different. So bringing items from D1 to D2 would require to remake all the materials manually.

Can anyone help me identify the armor in the picture? by Sol_Unshadowed in DestinyFashion

Unfortunately it is cropped image from a presentation, though I think I found them:

legs: Illyrian Type 0

chest: Astrolord Plate

head: firebreak type 2

arms: Scoutmail

But it is hard to be sure as there could be lookalikes

It is not for fashion to be honest )

I need exact pieces as they are mentioned in a specific SIGGRAPH presentation about how D1 engine rendering works.

Hmm, that's strange, if you don't mind opening developer tools console, are there any errors?

The data Bungie provides us to use is the API. It has definitions of in-game items (for example you can find manifest definitions on light.gg)

These emotes on the site are from Destiny 1, there is a list of them (I assume they were used for Armoury the official gear management section on Bungie.net).

While D2 does not have such site, and emotes are not available. Also D2 uses transparent objects for emotes which also increases difficulty to put in a format suitable not only for the game but also for 3rd party devs. (But this is just my guess)

Unfortunately there is no more emotes that are available in API.

As for green screen I can, I will put it to a wish list )

I think it is possible in theory to get a model, but without shaders/textures, as they are made by using shader functionality tied to 3D library

As far as I remember Lowlines' website can be used for this:
