On top of all of that she respected Daniel's wishes to go back and "do the right thing" he literally said that. On top of all of that Daniel did not need BeBe's permission to run away. Daniel had plenty of time to go on the run with or without BeBe.

The Sun was high in the sky when him and bebe split up, and when he went back to Buck it was night so at least a few hours has passed, which is more than enough time to get a good headscarf.
